A. You should already have your counter-signed original contract, which we sent with your Welcome Pack when you first took out your agreement. However if you have misplaced it, we'll be happy to send you another print-out free of charge.

A. No, you need to maintain your payments and inform us of your insurance details. Your insurance company will advise you on what to do next.

A. Yes. Here's a step-by-step look at what to do, and what happens:
1. Advise us of your request in writing, along with the 3rd party's details.
2. We'll then send a form for the 3rd party to complete.
3. We'll credit check the 3rd party's details.
4. If everything is okay, we'll issue new contracts to you and the 3rd party for your signatures.
5. When we receive these back, and if the account is not in arrears, the transfer will be completed for a fee of £75.00+ VAT.
6. We'll then send a copy of the new agreement and a confirmation letter to the new customer.
A. No one can obtain information on any account without written or verbal confirmation from the contract holder. If you'd like your partner or another individual to have access to your account details, complete the Add a contact person to your agreement form.
